I control these names and accept the terms. When a name sells, I mark it sold in my seller panel and the 8% commission on the sale price is added to my next invoice. I can cancel any time in the billing portal.

Ownership check

A name goes on the board only after we find a TXT record with your listing code on it. You get the code right after payment. Until the record is found, the name stays off the board.

Commission

8% of the sale price, only on names that sell. Nothing on names that do not.
