This policy explains what Domainsdealer ("we", "us") collects when you use domainsdealer.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Account signup data: your email address, the confirmation status of that address, the page you signed up from, and standard UTM campaign parameters if you arrived from a link that carried them.
  • Contact messages: the name, email, topic and message you send through the contact form.
  • Technical data: IP address and basic request metadata, used for security, rate limiting and spam prevention.
  • Usage analytics: aggregated interaction data (pages viewed, features used) via privacy-respecting analytics tooling, used to improve the product.

What we do with it

  • Send you the email confirmation code you request and, once confirmed, service emails about your account and access.
  • Respond to messages you send the desk.
  • Protect the service from abuse, bots and fraud.
  • Understand which pages and tools are useful, in aggregate.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that run our infrastructure (hosting, email delivery, analytics), each bound to process it only on our instructions.

Appraisal inputs

Domain names and keywords you type into the appraisal tool are processed to produce your result and may be logged in aggregate to improve valuation quality. They are not published or attributed to you.

Retention

Signup records are kept while your account request remains active. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle the inquiry. You can request deletion of either at any time.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing [email protected]. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for sessions and security. Analytics, where used, is configured without cross-site tracking.

We will post any material changes to this policy on this page with an updated date.
