These terms govern your use of domainsdealer.com, operated by Domainsdealer ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them.

1. The service

Domainsdealer provides a domain marketplace and related tools: domain appraisals, curated listings, auctions, offer negotiation, brokerage services and escrow guidance. Access to certain features requires an account and, for sellers, a paid plan.

2. Appraisals are estimates

All appraisals, valuations, comparable-sales displays and signal scores are automated estimates provided for informational purposes only. They are not financial, investment or professional advice, not an offer to buy, and not a guarantee of any sale price, resale value or outcome. Domain values fluctuate; domains can sell for less than any estimate, or not at all. You are solely responsible for decisions made using our tools.

3. No profit promises

Nothing on this site promises or implies profits from buying, selling or holding domain names. Historical sold prices are records of past transactions, not predictions.

4. Escrow and transfers

Domain transfers arranged through the marketplace are completed via reputable third-party escrow services. We coordinate and provide guidance; we do not hold buyer or seller funds and are not a party to the escrow contract. Escrow services charge their own fees under their own terms.

5. Listings and conduct

Sellers must own or control the names they list and warrant that listings do not infringe third-party rights, including trademarks. We may remove listings, decline signups or suspend accounts that violate these terms or degrade marketplace quality. Bids, offers and acceptances made through the platform are commitments to transact in good faith.

6. Fees

Plan fees and sale commissions are stated on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Commissions apply to completed sales at the moment escrow releases funds.

7. Intellectual property

The site, its design, content and tooling are ours or our licensors'. You may not scrape, resell or republish marketplace data without written permission.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for the acts of third parties including escrow services and registrars.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. You may stop using the service at any time; prepaid plan fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
